Resolution No.: 11/2026, regarding the announcement of the cancellation of the final results of selective interviews for filling positions of responsibility in the Kenitra Community, completed on July 29 and 31, 2026, and announced on 08/10/2026.

The President of the Kenitra Community announces that it has been decided to cancel the results of the selective interviews related to filling positions of responsibility in the community, which were completed on July 29 and 31, 2026, and which were announced on 08/10/2026.

The head of the Kenitra community,

1. Based on Royal Decree No. 1.58.008 issued on Shaaban 4, 1377 corresponding to (February 24, 1958), which constitutes the general statute of the public service as amended and supplemented,
2. Based on Royal Decree No. 1.15.85 issued on the 20th of Ramadan 1436 corresponding to (July 7, 2015) implementing Regulatory Law No. 113.14 related to groups,
3. Based on Decree No. 2.77.738 dated Shawwal 13, 1397 (September 27, 1977), which serves as the basic system for employees of groups,
4. Based on Decree No. 2.11.681 issued on Dhul-Hijjah 28, 1432 corresponding to (November 25, 2011) regarding the methods of appointing heads of departments and heads of departments in public administrations,
5. Based on Decree No. 2-21-580 issued on Muharram 22, 1443 (August 13, 2021) regarding appointment to senior positions in the administrations of groups and provinces and the wages and compensation associated therewith,
6. Based on the decision of the Minister of the Interior No. 2522.21 dated 21 Rabi’ al-Awwal 1443 corresponding to (October 28, 2021) regarding determining the conditions and methods for appointment to senior positions in communal administrations,
7. Based on the decision of the Minister of the Interior No. 24-1019 issued on 04/29/2024, regarding delegating the authority to issue decisions on appointment, dismissal and termination of duties from senior positions in territorial communities and their bodies,
8. Based on Circular of the Minister of the Interior No. D7563 dated July 15, 2021 regarding appointment to senior positions in the administrations of territorial communities, inter-communal cooperation institutions, and groups of territorial groups,
9. Based on the collective organizational decision of the Kenitra Community No. 2022/03 dated October 6, 2022 relating to defining the tasks and powers of the departments and administrative departments affiliated with the Kenitra Community and approved by the Governor of the Kenitra Province on April 19, 2022,
10. Based on Resolution No. 05/2025 dated 11/19/2025 regarding opening the door for nominations to fill positions of responsibility in the Kenitra Community,
11. Based on the minutes of the selection committee in charge of listing the list of candidates accepted to pass the selective interview to fill positions of responsibility in the Kenitra Community, signed by the committee in charge on July 20, 2026,
12. Based on the final report of the committee in charge of selective interviewing to fill positions of responsibility in the Kenitra Community, taken by the members of the committee in charge on the dates of July 29 and 31, 2026,
13. Based on the decision to announce the final results of the selective interview to fill positions of responsibility in the Kenitra Community dated 08/10/2026,
14. Out of the group’s keenness to complete the procedure of selective interviews in accordance with the current legal and regulatory requirements,
15. Recalling the need to fill the vacancies of all positions of responsibility in line with the new organizational structure, as well as providing the opportunity for all employees to submit their files.

Decide the following

Article One: The President of the Kenitra Community announces that it has been decided to cancel the results of the selective interviews related to filling positions of responsibility in the community, which were completed on July 29 and 31, 2026, and which were announced on 08/10/2026.

Article Two: The opening of nominations to fill all vacant positions of responsibility in the group will be announced later in accordance with the applicable procedural and legal procedures in this regard.
