Delegated powers : Powers relating to the Municipality’s cooperation and communication, excluding international cooperation and twinning agreements.

Delegated powers : Powers and signature of documents relating to administrative policing, permits for commercial, craft, professional, industrial and service premises via the digital economic permits platform, and all permits to occupy municipal public property.

Delegated powers : Powers and signature of documents relating to legal affairs and litigation, and follow-up of damage caused by third parties to municipal property (municipal fleet vehicles, street furniture).

Delegated powers : Powers and signature of all town-planning permits within the Municipality, excluding housing estates and developments, land subdivisions, planning documents and projects linked to the Regional Investment Centre.

Delegated powers : Oversight of the organisation of municipal markets, the fruit and vegetable wholesale market, grain and pulse sale points, the municipal slaughterhouse, the municipal pound and the bus station, excluding administrative management and authorisation of expenditure.

Delegated powers : Powers and signature of documents of the general maintenance department: supplies and equipment, maintenance of roads and municipal buildings, public lighting, network connections and road damage.

Delegated powers : Powers and signature of documents of the municipal property department (private and public property, management of municipal facilities).

Delegated powers : Powers and signature of all documents relating to traffic and specialised transport.

Delegated powers : Powers relating to social, cultural and sports development and participatory democracy.

Delegated powers : Powers and signature of all documents of the prevention and health department: health inspection of workers, commercial premises, homes and public establishments, handling of nuisance complaints and control of disease vectors.
