Duties of the Municipal Property Division

The division manages the Municipality’s private and public property in line with the administrative and legal procedures for all property transactions: sales, acquisitions, exchanges, leases, temporary occupation of municipal public property, land registration, expropriation in the public interest, declassification of public property, delimitation of municipal public property, and orders updating roads, tracks and passages, together with the preparation of the necessary documents (contracts, orders, reports, plans, etc.).
